The opportunity enabled me to get experience with monetary handling, taxes and exposed me to different predicaments that customers were faced with. The common factor was lack of knowledge in tax laws, investments, credit, state and federal regulations. In high school or postsecondary educational institutions do not teach students how to manage money, taxes or credit. Language was a barrier for majority of the clients, because I’m bilingual I became a great asset to the company. All the experiences made me determine to pursue further education and obtain an acceptance agent certification and become a small independent business owner.
DW Taxes and Financial Services commenced in 2016 and continues to grow rapidly. Most people fear the IRS because of the common misconception that they will take your assets if you do not pay them. My business focuses on educating my clients on what taxation and business management is and how it works in order to avoid a predicament.
