I started using Ashley in 2016 for the 2015 tax year. She was awesome she was able to get my fiance money back after we thought he would have owed she said on top of everything and I referred at least five of my friends to her. In 2017 when we decided to claim with her she got all of our tax information and December of 2016 our taxes were not filed until April, late May to be exact. Ashley stated several times that our taxes were filed she told us that we would receive a mount and she would charge us a certain fee we drove two hours away from my hometown to get what we thought was a $400 check after her fees it was only $40 and she didn't explain to us fully before we drove the two hours there plus 2 more hours back home. On April 14th she asked us for our address something that was still given to her in December we sent her our address we then proceeded to call her after 2 weeks of not getting his tax return and she said okay I will overnight it. She did not actually overnight to check because on April 30th she asked for the address again and said that she will overnight it it is now May 3rd and I have yet gotten our tax return check and when me and my fiance call she forwards all calls to voicemail.
