Yaneth is a very knowledgeable and kind tax preparer. Every time I have a question about my taxes or insurance she has the answers and will sit down with me and take her time explaining everything answering all my questions. When I leave I feel like I actually understood what we did and I don’t understand anything about taxes or insurance but I have never had a problem with her or understanding her. Apart from being knowledgeable she is also very kind and pleasing to be with and she goes the extra mile to help you and look things for you. If you need help with something that you are not sure if she can help you with don’t be afraid to ask because she will search and do everything in her power to help answer all your questions and she always makes sure that you have been helped and are completely satisfied before you leave. If there is anything by any chance that she can’t help you with she will search where you can find the information you are looking for and will print or write down what she found and give it to you and tell you of any contacts that she had that can further assist you. Truely she is wonderful to work with I recommend her to everyone I know for her excellence and and friendly demeanor.
