Client Reviews of David S. Miner

We have employed David L. Miner at Gold Medal Solutions along with his mother Clarice Emily for a number of years taking care of our bookkeeping needs and business and personal tax preparation. Starting in Fourth Quarter 2015 our 941's and 940's were made sporadically leaving us owing the IRS penalties and interest amounting to several hundred dollars. My husband was dying at the time and just wanted them to make it good and they never did. I have repeatedly warned them that I would give them bad reviews if our personal information originals were not returned to us and if we were not reimbursed for the penalties and interest that we ended up paying the IRS along with their wages for the First Quarter of 2016 for which they did nothing as I hired a new accounting firm which did our taxes for 2016 as I could no longer place my trust in David Miner and Clarice Emily to do our taxes for which an extension had been made for until October of 2016. Originals were not returned then and never have been upon several requests. Until the Fourth Quarter of 2015 they had always done a good job for us but put us in a real bad situation after that. The IRS stated that our personal property would be seized so I went ahead and paid the back penalties and interest this last couple of months and feel that this should be reimbursed to us by God Medal Solutions who cannot even respond to a certified mailing received by them Monday the 15th of May. I am very disappointed because I thought were friends as well as business associates.
