Absolutely terrible. We had more problems after John and his assistant accountant Heather worked with our Quickbooks records. Horrible experience. These two do not know what they are doing. The price is outrageous too. There are much better options to choose from. They hacked our tax returns too. It was a lesson well learned. We have chosen a true professional now.
