I wouldn't recomend this lady at all. Unprofessional service!! I had recieved a letter from irs stating my 2017 state taxes were never filed. So I text Pam, she asked for my last name and dob which I provided to her. She responded let me look into it.. Weeks pass. I left messages on her vmail called several times no response. I just stopped calling her. She showed me she could careless about her clients by not responding. Mean while irs sent another bill almost $600.To make a long story short I had to hire another tax preparer to file my state taxes. Since she had never filed. I had to pay only $300 which I'm grateful irs adjusted the penalties.. I try so hard to support black business, but to often service is poor. I was referred to her by a friend who no longer uses her as well, same issue. This experience has taught me to prepare my own taxes and that's what I'll do for 2019.
