Do not allow this man Emmanuel Tula to prepare your taxes he lies and steals. I allowed him to prepare my tax for in 2016. I had not prepared my taxes for 2014 so when it was time for me to file my taxes in 2015 I did not have the knowledge of how to amend my 2014 & 2015 taxes. So Emmanuel Tula Tax service is around the corner from where I live. I walk around and got the number and made an appointment. Well I paid him 100.00 for the service and waited for my refund to come but it never came because Emmanuel Tula had my refund direct deposited to his account and never inform me he was doing this. When I confronted him, he just lied to my face. I call the IRS and they confirm that he had my refund direct deposited to his account. I will be taking him to court. Do not trust him.
