HORRIBLE! My taxes still haven't been submitted and accepted, even though the IRS said she did try one time to electronically submit, but because of an ERROR they were rejected and never re-submitted!!! This was May of 2022! I have been calling that office without an answer or call back from ANYONE for more than 6months! NOT ONE CALL BACK???? And I paid for WHAT?!!? Aggravation and annoyance- what a JOKE! I want my money back now!
