I have been with Mr. Castro for the last ten years. I switched to him about 10 years ago when I had a tax question that I felt I was correct based on my research, but none of the tax preparers (almost half a dozen) that I consulted knew the answer. When I approached Mr. Castro, he said I think you are correct but let me do some research. He later got back to me and confirmed that I was correct. By saying so, he is not only knowledgeable about tax code but is willing to help (I wasn't even his client at the time and he did free consultation for us). We have been sticking with him since then. I do my own investment so I always have some tricky questions sometimes. He apparently knows his stuff and can always give me answer on the top of his head. He is super nice and friendly and always willing to help you out. I am a procrastinator, he can always fit me into his schedule. I ran into a few of his clients while waiting for him, most of them have been with him for a very long time. I believe that speaks a lot about him and people are happy with him! On the top of that, his charge is very reasonable! He is the best CPA we have ever had!!

He is so kind,reliable,full of experienced,hard working and great gentleman, briefly saying he is one of the best in his field. We have been working with him for 5 years, although we moved to another State in US two years ago we never think to change our tax preparer. Mr. Castro is excellent and great with making an otherwise stressful process approachable and seamlessly executed. I've been a customer of RMCI since the 90's. I recommend that anyone with a complicated tax base use hus service.

Mr Castro has always been welcoming and professional. Over the past few years we have developed an excellent working relationship. He knows how to direct me during the preparation time and is always understanding when I do not have everything the first time. He assists me to make a list if missing documents every year and gives me time to collect them and return them sometimes a week or more later. He is always positive and up beat with a pleasant manner. His ability to explain the tax preparation process makes me comfortable and part of the entire process. Over the years I have sent friends to him for preparation and will continue sharing his information.

Andres Castro was outstanding in preparing my taxes. I went to him because my taxes this year were more complex than in the past.
