I am having a tough time reaching Susan to prepare my taxes that she has had for 2 months!!!!

* I had the same experience as Linda Peters and even contacted her after many internet searches and spoke with her to find out we had similar stories. I spoke with several people with similar stories. To this day, Feb. 11, 2013 I have not heard from Susan via my emails sent or received my tax information/ receipts from 2014. The super weird thing is I was contacts this evening by my friend who referred me to her several years ago who said she received a letter this year saying she was doing taxes for a select few and heading towards retirement and still listed all her same contact info.!!! My 2014 taxes are not done either, I have called everyone I can think of and still have not been able to get any assistance. I was there this past Saturday and a woman opened the door but couldn't even find my taxes or any information at all. Is there anyone out there that knows her that can help? I hope she's okay she has been my tax accountant for almost 20 years. TIA

This year, 2015, Susan has all of my tax information and HAS NOT DONE my taxes. I last spoke with her on 13Apr and she said she would finish them. It is now 03Jun and all emails, calls, letters, have gone unanswered. She has been seen by shop owners across the street, moving boxes out of the building. She is horribly irresponsible. I have already reported her to the State Atty. General`s Office. Next I will call the IRS. She has ALL of my tax information and will NOT return anything to me. She doesn`t even rate a ONE STAR.
