Client Reviews of Derick Boerner, SRTP

He e-filed my tax in June and I was supposed to receive a return. As of today Oct 20, 2015, IRS wrote to me and informed that they still have not received any filing. I have reached out to Derick and his office numerous times for an answer. Nobody got back to me. This is not acceptable and really bad customer service. If I don't receive an answer. I'd consider reporting it to BBB. I have to put a rating here in order to post a review. If there is a minus scale, I will put minus infinity.
