I hired Laura to do my taxes in which she charged me a fee and I immediately paid her via Zelle only to find out that she NEVER filed my taxes and by the time I found this out, my taxes were late! So not only was I not filed, my taxes were late and I paid her a fee, but she also continued to avoid my many attempts to contact her via: phone calls, messages and emails. And the one time I actually got through on a phone call (only because I blocked my phone number and then called and she picked up) only to be told that she will look into it right away and call me right back. Well, that’s right you guessed it, SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK and again, I was unsuccessful in trying to reach her again after the many attempts to contact her. After weeks and weeks of the run-around, I contacted the IRS directly and it was confirmed, they showed NO TAX RETURN ON FILE! Wow what a huge disappointment!!!! To date, I still have heard nothing back from her nor have I received a refund (which in this case would be considered deemed appropriate). I did write her and asked her to do the right thing and to refund me the money I paid her to do my taxes and again, nada, zero response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using her services! She DOES NOT provide a proper service and in my experience, she is VERY UNETHICAL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
