That’s the worst place that you can ever go to. We applied for my mother in law since beginning of January 2020 and until now (may 4th) we can't find her information on IRS website, we tried to call her in different ways phone calls,e-mail,and text without getting any response, I went to her office and found it closed (before and after covid-19 impact ) and found office closed , in summary DONT GO THERE
