Never will I use Frank Vogt to process my taxes again, he is the most incompetent man has no clue how to work the system, I will be reporting him to BBB and my lawyer. His daughter is gem, never returns your phone calls screams at you on the phone , this office has total lack of professionalism , Frank hung up the phone on me twice , just complete disregard for his customers , very disappointing
