Do not use tax aid usa or any services geoffery sapenter provides for that matter It's been 9 months since his tax prep company Tax Aid Usa sent fraudulent tax returns to IRS in my name which caused a huge headache had to pay someone to do amendment! I received only a portion of my tax refund from IRS just this past September. the rest was mistakenly sent to tax aid usa. 1700.00 to be exact. Which was what he charged to do basic personal taxes!!!!! (There was only a W-2 filed head of household)! He has refused to return The money HAVE GOTTEN THE RUN AROUND FROM DAY ONE Be aware! When doing ANY BUSINESS I WOULDNT TRUST HIM TO BE DOG SCOOPER. IM PISSED BECAUSE I HAVE TO FILE CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS, SMALL CLAIMS COURT ETC NOW IF I EVER WANT TO SEE THE MONEY AND I WILL DO THAT BECAUSE THE MONEY IS MINE AND WAS STOLEN. Doing any sort of business with these people is not worth the headache. Unless you like to be deceived and stolen from. I had to give 1 star just to submit review didn't deserve.
