Terrible customer service. We have been coming to this accountant for years, but even so, he refuses to help when there are issues with the tax return. For instance, there are forms missing from some tax returns that the Department of Revenue contacted us to ask for, but he refuses to help resolve the issue even though he was the one who prepared our taxes.
