Client Reviews of Chere L. Osbun, AFSP

Chere is very unprofessional and lacks communications skills to do her job. I have spent over two weeks just trying to get my taxes back from her that were supposed to be ready the next day or two. I have left countless messages, sent numerous emails. I had an appointment two weeks later that she didn't keep and still will not respond. I have had to file complaints with her corporate and now the state. Just horrific what this woman has done to a grieving widow. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
