If I could rate zero stars I would. I have a business which I had Mrs Levias to prepare my taxes for.There was lots of clean up to be done which I paid her in full for, to this date 7/12/17 she has not completed it. She told me she submitted an extension to the IRS to file my taxes, this was not true. The extension was rejected due to her filing incorrectly, I found out myself over a month later due to the fact I needed a copy of the extension confirmation letter. Imagine my shock when the IRS said there was no extension filed. When I reached out ( many unanswered calls and emails) there was zero accountability . To cut a long story short, she said she will work on it, and still nothing! I now have another accountant working on it, who is great! Do not use the person even if you're desperate the service and professionalism is unacceptable.
