Does not return phone calls or emails. She is not helping me with my issues from the PA tax return. I will give her 0 stars if I could.

Not only does she not return phone calls but she filed my return last year and it was rejected due to her filing my status as single. Everyone makes mistakes but she will not return my calls. She told me she had insurance against such mistakes if it was her fault....It was as I gave her the amount of support my husband paid me and she filed him as married filing seperately but not me. The irs said she would have been notified of the efile not going through. She will not return my calls or even try to fix her error. I paid this lady for a service she didn't not do. Now I may owe more than the 1,700 I paid ...like 800 more plus penalties and interest. Don't use her because when she messes up your on your own.

Do not use this lady's services. She does not return phone calls.
