Client Reviews of Michael Prate

My brother was widowed early this year and we took the tax information we had received to Mr Prate's office in February 2018. The remaining items requested by Mr. Prate's assistant in February were obtained from the Social Security office and provided to him on March 17, 2018. I have emailed and called his office numerous times and have not been able to get a call back or a status on my brother's tax return except that an extension was filed in April. Every communication that I have attempted since April has not had a response from the office. My brother is in his 70's and is very concerned about his return and his return should not be a complex one. It definitely should not be one that requires six months to complete. It has now been six months. Totally unacceptable for a tax return and even more unacceptable to get a returned call or email.
