Hands-down the most unprofessional clown that I have personally ever dealt with! Went to this woman for over three years and every year with something different. Just like the last review were said she never answers the phone and I mean never !! Not her, not her staff..and then when you question her as to why they don't answer the phone or question anyway that they do their business she throws a fit like she is above you and you are not to question the way that she runs her half ass business. If you so much as even think about questioning her tactics she will have an attorney send a letter threatening you to shut your mouth. Corine thinks that she can bully her way through life. I would highly suggest that you take your taxes elsewhere. I took my taxes to another prepare and got more back and pay less money. Oh and by the way if you get audited by the IRS and need to get a hold of her she will go missing in action.

She forgot to file the state taxes (After she said she had filed them) and then would not return our phone calls. This caused our taxes to be late and will cost us fines on top of what we paid her. We called her many time with helpers saying that she will call you back...never happened. Use at your own risk. I will not be using her ever again.
