**BEWARE** Unprofessionalism at its best!!! **Stay Away**. Please do not go to Roland R. Pierre to prepare your refunds. He is a very unprofessional, dishonest, condescending, rude, ignorant man who doesn't accept responsibility for any of his poor actions and decision. Roland has prepared my refunds for A few years, and not once have I received any copies of what was actually sent to IRS. Yes! That was a poor decision on my end but at least I take responsibility for that. My husband and I is currently in the market to purchase our home and the loan officer is requesting copies of our refund from the past 3 years and he refuses to give us this information. My husband and I have been contacting him for a while and he never responded until my husband called him from a hospital number. Needless to say, if you want some fishy dishonest person filing your return, please go and see him. If not, I suggest you go elsewhere. I have filed an complaint with BBB and the IRS.
