If I could rate him with a ZERO, I would!!!!!! I am not impressed with this Tax Preparer. I paid him in full, $400.00, on Feb 25, 2020. He STILL, til this day, 3 mos. later. WILL NOT submit my refund. He will not respond to my repeated calls. He told me he had until July 15th to submit. We are all struggling, we lost our jobs due to the virus. We need our income tax refund, to buy groceries and gas for our cars. Hes working, collecting income, why wont he have compassion for someone who has paid him in full, is struggling tremendously , and just want their legal and much needed income tax return. Please Mr Nescher! SUBMIT our refund so we can have some relief. 3 months is a ridiculous amount of time for a professional like yourself to hold our refund hostage.SHAME ON YOU!
