Very unprofessional, was not on time for our apts, does not answer phone calls, did not provide a refund (did not even file) and agreed to do so after months of me continuously calling and inquiring. Please save yourself the headache and your money and go elsewhere. I have not received a copy to show an amendment was filed. I am disappointed as I thought it would be a good company however it is not. The company has responded to reviews for damage control only! Trimone agreed to provide a refund months ago. Once I called the Better Business Bureau she ignored their request. I have since filed in small claims and Trimone agreed to send the check that day and also stated she would have her attorney reach out. After I posted a negative review she threatened to sue me for slander. The correct term is libel if I posted anything untrue. I have texts and her facebook posts in which she agreed to provide a refund for the service not provided. She later took the review down from fb so as it would not show her not honoring what she agreed as well as blocked me from providing an update to customers. She also sent me harassing texts upset that I posted my negative experience. Not to mention she discussed a previous clients case with me which breaks confidentiality. With the upcoming tax season approaching I don't want anyone going through what I'm experiencing.
