I will most definitely be filing a complaint with the IRS. I have received nasty and unprofessional messages from the tax preparer as well as her mother who owns the small business. I just recently found out that she altered my taxes and kept money for herself. I have a completely different amount on my tax transcript as well as the 1040 form that was given to me by her and my direct deposit was a completely different amount as well. Plenty of proof will be mailed out to the IRS on this situation. If I could rate no stars I would. I would never recommend her to anyone and something honestly needs to be done about this.
