Client Reviews of Katti Waters

I was extremely disappointed with the way that Katti responded to an issue that I had while filing my taxes with her. I was told that I was getting a certain amount back for my 2019 taxes but once I received the paperwork that I needed to sign and send back, my tax return amount was $1,300 LESS than what I was told I would be receiving. When I reached out about this, I got the rude response of "well we all make mistakes", which is not a professional way to talk to someone using your business. After this rude conversation and no sort of sympathy for their mistake, I then reached out to Katti to let her know how I felt about the whole situation and the short version of her response was "I'm certain that you have never made a mistake..." "I won't be doing your 2018 taxes, you probably should find someone closer that doesn't have to pay extra to be able to access Oklahoma returns" "It will be better that way anyway where you can see numbers in person in case you find another human that is capable of making mistakes". The response was even more unprofessional than the mistake was. I was referred to them for my taxes from a friend but it was definitely not a good choice.
