I had a great experience with Olivia! She was very knowledgeable and professional, and her virtual tax service felt thorough but also quick and easy. She also helped me start my business, set up my bookkeeping, and plan ahead for my taxes. I will definitely be working with her again!

I filled out the form on Olivia's website so she could do my taxes. In the form I made it known I had health insurance. She failed to submit the proper information. Never returned my calls. Would only text me back. After waiting months for my refund. I got a letter in the mail from the IRS stating they needed my health insurance form information. She stated that she would help me with it. She never returned my calls she did not return my texts. And I ended up having to get the information myself and I'm still waiting for my refund. IRS wanted the information in 20 days it took more than 40 for her to even reply to me. She says she was going to help me with the form and never ended up helping me with the form.. I'm still waiting for my refund. I would not get your taxes done to her unless you want to do them yourself. She was sending me threatening texts after I said I was going to write a bad review. And then she had her mom start harassing me and my boyfriend, to take it down.
