Krystal did my 2017 taxes, they came back saying that I owe over $8000.00 ..She left off a W2.. I can not get a hold of her, she won't return messages or emails... And Google is saying her business is now closed.. I have spoke to a couple of other people who have said their 2017 tax return came back and now they owe... This is very ,very unprofessional and wrong... We trusted her to do our taxes correctly...
