I have filed my taxes with Natalie before and she was on top of things. If I had a question, she’d respond quickly and professionally and would always be polite. This year was completely different. I had to call, email and text about half a dozen times to get a response - from her assistant. Finally when I did get in touch with her, she invited me to send everything I was going to file taxes with. This was around the beginning of February. It is now mid-March and unfortunately my taxes are still not done. I try to call, no answer, to text, no response. Finally when she does respond she says that my taxes are ready to be filed. I wanted to get a glimpse of what they looked like before I file them so I her to send it to my email or text me, whichever is better for her. She says she will get it to me ASAP. That was yesterday, still nothing. I gave her until 12 noon today and nothing. Tried to call and text, still nothing. Now I have to find someone to do my taxes last minute before the deadline. Please don’t waste your time filing with Natalie. She used to be great, now you’re just a number, if you’re important enough for her to get back to she might, or not. You’ve been warned.
