My husband sent his information in on 4/10/2019, our taxes were prepared on 4/15/2019, and still today 5/22/2019 we still have not gotten any mailed paperwork or a actual amount of the return, we were given at least 4 wrong amounts and can't even contact the irs to get the correct information bc we don't have the paperwork or amount. We have made several attempt via text, fb messenger, as well as through calls to get the correct information as well as a copy of the actual paperwork to no avail. I will not use this service ever again in life, the level of professionalism is sad and horrific. really if i could rate this place it would be negative 10!
