My experience with Rudy Mutombo in regards to tax preparation was nothing short of professional. Rudy was knowledgeable about all taxes, deductions, and regulations. He was efficient and making sure all tax credit earned were accounted for. Overall i would recommend family and friends to him. I rate him a five for professionalism and efficiency.

Mr. Rudy Mutombo is a very knowledgeable tax expert. He will go the extra mile in asking his clients all the appropriate questions to make sure that they are provided with the best tax services. Also, his professionalism and charism creates a pleaseant environment at Collectron tax services. Mr. Rudy Mutombo's tax office in Irving is also open all year long so his customers can always come back at any time if they have any question or need any documentation, which is very convenient.

I was helped by Rudy Mutombo (who is the owner of this location). He not only helped me file my taxes and apply an ITIN for my mom, but also answered all my questions patiently. Good experience with no blockers. Will definitely need Rudy for future financial advice as well.

This man owns several companies and has no customer service. His rental agent at AVIS incorrectly charged me $250 that was suppose to go to the insurance company. Then he refused to do anything about it as my account is over drafted an I have 3 children to take care of. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN
