David Fleck is NOT a CPA, "Certified Public Accountant". I verified this by looking at the official site of the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy. He is a "Public Accountant", which means he never took or passed the Uniform Examination for Certified Public Accountants. The "PA" license was once issued by Pennsylvania to older accountants who had worked in public accounting, but had not met the standards for a CPA. It is a dying title. He is not a college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree. He did take some classes in accounting and income taxes. He probably never studied or knows Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Statements from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) that are required by a CPA. He is an Enrolled Agent (EA) which means he studied and passed the IRS examination in taxes, not in accounting. He deceives the public. I know because he once worked for me, and has an office near mine. I am a licensed CPA since 1967.
