I am a former client of Minjing W. Smith and my experience was great - at first. I contacted her to help me with my small business taxes and everything went well until I received a call from the IRS. My taxes had been filed wrong and there were numerical discrepancies. I immediately called Minjing to tell her about the issues and after forwarding the information over to her she said she would get back to me - but she never called back. I followed up with her consistently for two months until I gave up and had to use someone else. In the end, her errors cost me an additional $1,500 to get corrected and I am utterly disappointed with her service and her business ethics. Be warned. She sells herself well, but once she has been paid you are on your own.
