I hired Ed for tax services, needing help for the past 3-4 years because I was pregnant and needed assistance. I paid for four years' worth of tax returns, but Ed didn't deliver all the returns. He complained that dealing with the IRS was too time-consuming and he was too busy. This was frustrating because I had paid him for his services. His unprofessionalism was evident when he insulted my brother as 'old fart'. Despite recommending him to my family business before, I regret doing so now. I advise others to consider alternative tax services to avoid the hassle and additional costs I faced.

Ed is very knowledgeable, very organized, very professional and seems to genuinely care about his clients. He's friendly and just a nice guy. I went through a few CPA's that didn't or couldn't straighten out my situation (partly my fault since I didn't understand things). Ed explains things on my level. Ed has also gone out of his way a couple of time showed up at a few closings to make sure things went right! I am extremely relieved to finally know I'm in good hands.
