I can not recommend Melinda, at MSB. Upon picking up my taxes this year, Melinda lost control of herself. Melinda's behavior was not profession. The way in which Melinda chose to communicate was not professional. It was verbally abusive. Melinda failed at being detailed oriented too. The past two years, Melinda filed my taxes with incorrect contact information. There are too many talented, detailed-oriented tax preparers that will communicate respectfully and professionally, to even risk taking a chance with Melinda. Taxes are stressful enough,...having to deal with being treated in an unprofessional manner is not necessary. I strongly recommend looking for services elsewhere.
