This was my first time using a tax preparer. I had been a victim of tax fraud through identity theft for tax year 2013 and I was very concerned and nervous revealing personal information but my initial meeting with Ken Golder made me feel at ease. Before we discussed my goals with my taxes, Ken provided all of his credentials and a confidentiality agreement we both signed (very professional). Ken was very thorough and allowed me to double check every change that was made throughout the process.
