Client Reviews of Rita Wachewicz

I am deeply concerned about Rita's capabilities. I have had her file my taxes for several years and for the year 2014 a HUGE mistake was made and now I have to pay back taxes to the IRS. I have contacted Rita on several occasions and finally heard back to find out what happened. Well, since they are my taxes, I am responsible for the mistake. If that is the case, why pay an accountant to do your taxes. Rita has offered to send me back the money I paid for the preparation of taxes and to this date, it's been two weeks and no check...the response has been "it's in the mail". I am very disappointed in her abilities and would not recommend her services going forward.
