We went to Ruby at first to straighten out our taxes which we thought she had. We are now receiving notices that we owe the IRS for those years. We received good returns but now we need to get in contact with her she doesn't respond. We really liked her as a person but she needs to make things right for us. I have faxed her, called, her but no reply.
