Client Reviews of Maritza Munoz, RTRP

I filled out my taxes with Maritza for three consecutive years, but this year I had some issues with that. I was told by her the amount of money I was going to get back from the IRS, two months later I got a letter asking me for more information about my fill outs, I tried to reach to Maritza so she could help me with that but she never answer the phone, I sent her text messages and even pictures of the letter I got but she never called me back until like a month after I had sent the letter back to the IRS. I am disappointed because I trusted her as my brother recommended her to me, but she never pick up the phone or at least leave you a message letting you know that she saw your call.
