Lewis is an absolute ego maniac with very little social skills. If you question anything about your returns, prepare to be berated. He used words like "stupid" and "ignorant" when I asked him what I should be doing to be smarter with my money. Lewis didn't even seem to know that I had two children who should have impacted my return. When pressed his comment was "well that didn't matter". I never even had an interview with him to discuss return in advance. After years of reduced refunds with Lewis, this year I actually owed taxes for the first time in my life.. I was afraid to ask for my return info back as I wasn't sure what he would do, but I will NEVER EVER go back to him. Shame on you Lewis Andrews.
