Very understanding, friendly and compassionate regarding tax situation. She is very knowledgeable and if her knowledge is lacking, she does not hesitate to explain and proceed to find the answer. It is very hard sometimes to understand the changes each year with taxes but she really helps us to see what the changes were so that we can understand how it affected our taxes.
