Richard A. Wheeler and his son Rick Wheeler invoiced us for 4 years, and we come to find out that he has not filed any returns for 4 years. So he knowingly took money while not doing the work. We had to pay numerous penalties for this. When confronted. he and his father threatened us. SCAM and untrustworthy. Look elsewhere!
