Client Reviews of Charles K. Chan, EA

This is the only time I have ever written a review for anyone's service, good or bad. That said, I felt compelled to write something about the lack of respect and lack of interest in providing the service for which I was inquiring. I called Mr. Chan to request a very minor service. He literally told me to call someone else and hung up the phone. He may or may not be qualified and/or competent with the service he provides but based off of the short encounter I had with him, I would not use him, nor recommend him to anyone.
