My wife and I have greatly appreciated Monte's very kind, helpful, and patient demeanor. He has gone over and above great service year after year. It is our experience that he has our best interest in mind, taking his time to explain to us changing tax laws, child credits, what to keep track of when buying a home, and how to prepare for next year. He even walked my wife through doing her taxes during her short Tupperware sales stint.
