He will not answer the phone, so don't waste your time!!!

Mr. Henderson does not answer his office when you need to to speek with him; nor hoes he return messages when you leave them. He also does not get your returns prepared on time or keep any promises he makes on geting them to you when he says he will and offers no excuse why. We are disappointed in his lack of professionalism.
