Rose Ann was such a big help! I had no idea to let them know I worked in 2 states when i made my appt and ended up with a very nice man who was not licensed to file NY state.. She squeezed me in between appointments so I wouldn't have to come back another day. I was on a time limit, as I had work later in the day. She was super helpful and efficient. We breezed through in just enough time for me to get to work. She was friendly and informative. She gave me little tips on ways to save and gave me her card with notes as to what might help me next time- which was so helpful since I had no idea what I was doing! She saved me a lot of time and frustration and it is greatly appreciated.
