Never go to this place, not sure if she (Jessica Zicker) knows what she is doing. She is messing up with people financial stability. if you did your tax return with her you better call IRS and make sure is filed, and have your taxes reviewed before IRS comes after you. apparently she is very helpful at the beginning but surely she is only looking to get your money. avoid yourself a headache going to this place. if dont know where to go i certainly recommend you to visit MULTI UNIVERSAL at Mount Bethel, that is professionalism and a real accounting and tax specialist.

Jessica Zuckerberg made a HUGE error in our taxes which resulted in not getting any refund until June when we filed in February. I called and sent emails for her assistance and was consistently ignored. I ended up having to refile everything myself. I spent 5 hours of accumulated time on the phone with the IRS in order to fix the mess she created. Luckily for me the IRS was very helpful with figuring out what went wrong. She never filed Pa state at all, and really screwed up federal & nj state. It is the end of July and we still have not received our NJ refund. My husband works in Nj and our refund we receive we use to pay Pa taxes. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. She does not deserve to be in business.

This was my first time going to this accountant - and I wish I hadn't! It seems she never filed our state return. I have been trying to contact her for at least 6 weeks, and she is not returning my phone calls or emails. Totally unprofessional.

Steer Clear of this accountant! We had gone to Jessica Zicker, who runs this business, for many years, and she was quick, thorough, and on top of it. I have no idea what happened this year, but she completely botched our IRS return by filing the incorrect tax year, and failed to file our state return, which she was paid to do. She is impossible to get a hold of- I called a dozen times, left messages and emailed, but to no avail. I received 1 email response informing us that it was a software glitch that caused the mistake, and that it was corrected. Fine, mistakes happen, however, she did not provided a copy of the new, correct IRS return, and never filed the state return. This caused us to have to make countless calls to the IRS, and the PA state revenue service. This is a major case of misconduct! Save yourself a headache and avoid this place.
