I gave 1 star because that's what this tax preparer deserves. I allowed Ms. Rainey to prepare my taxes and was very unhappy with her services. I was really looking fwd to receiving my money and was sent a letter from the IRS stating I would be audited. After calling to see why, I was informed my calculations were way off, and is was red flagged in their system. My refund ended up being significantly lower than Ms. Rainey told me and I had to wait 3 additional months to receive my refund as well. I tried calling Ms. Rainey twice and left msgs stating briefly what had transpired and for her to call me immediately but never received a return call. Also, I didn't receive a refund for her services as well, which I should have being they were unsatisfactory. So I also lost money there as well. This was very disappointing because she came highly recommended by a personal friend of hers. But after my experience with her, I wouldn't recommend her services to a dog.
