I had my taxes prepared by Jaron Fulse for 2012 & 2013 & was charged approximately $1000 for each year. I was audited in 2015 due to a grave error by Mr. Fulse & assessed over $4000 in taxes & fees. When I contact Mr. Fulse regarding the error, not only did he refuse to compensate me but he also refused to speak to the comptroller of me regarding the error. As of lately he has stopped answering my calls while I have to enter into a pymt arrangement for the taxes and fees. I could have paid $40 & went through turbo tax if I wanted this type of service. I can't speak for PBF in its entirety but do NOT use Jaron Fulse if you want your taxes completed properly.
