When I make a mistake, the information has been researched and correction is easily understood, When there is a question with Sharon's calculations it is reviewed and we come to a clear understanding. Sharon stays current with changes to the tax codes and ensures that I am informed of new regulations that may effect my filings. Sharon's fees are reasonable and worth every penny. Sharon Gilchrist has been a truly professional and knowledgeable tax preparer for us over the past 5 years. Sharon provides in advance, an itemized list for our convenience in gathering tax documents, prior to our first scheduled meeting, during which time we review with her our gathered tax paperwork. Should we omit bringing something, she'll let us know immediately for our obtaining, and then forwarding back to her. Similarly, she'll advise on more complicated tax deductible items (ie college type costs) that you're not aware even existed. Sharon, is most readily available by email. Once the tax preparation is completed, a quick review session is scheduled for our review and signing, prior to her filing the tax documents on our behalf. When necessary, she'll provide sound advise regarding future tax year(s) potential tax law changes, and thereby your future filing status considerations. Lastly, she is respectful to us as her clients, along with having a outgoing personality, making our visits more enjoyable.
